+91 9885600021One Fabino Bio Capsule inoculates 800–1000 litres of slurry with 1 Trillion+ live bacteria — converting organic waste into a certified, sellable bio-fertilizer in under 48 hours.
Every day, CBG plants, sugar co-ops, and dairy cooperatives generate thousands of litres of slurry, digestate, press mud, and spent wash. Technically, it is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Practically, it is treated as waste.
| No. | Operation Type | Slurry Generated | Current Reality |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Dairy Cooperative (500 cattle) | 5,000–8,000 L/day | Lagoon storage, odour complaints, disposal cost |
| 2 | Sugar Co-op (2,500 TCD crushing) | 75–100 MT press mud/day | Compliance headache, limited field offtake |
| 3 | CBG Plant (5 MT organic input/day) | 10–20 KL digestate/day | Discharge risk, nutrient potential wasted |
Raw slurry contains locked, unstable nutrients. Without live beneficial microbes, that nitrogen volatilises into the air, that phosphorus fixes into unavailable soil compounds, and that potassium never reaches a root. Farmers smell the problem before they see any benefit – and refuse to take it.
Fabino Bio Capsules carry 1 Trillion+ CFU (10¹² colony-forming units) of live beneficial bacteria — encapsulated in HPMC using ICAR-IISR patented technology (Patent No. 361021). When dissolved into slurry, these microbes colonise the organic matrix within 24–48 hours, doing four things simultaneously:
Fixes atmospheric nitrogen into stable organic forms (no volatilisation loss).
Solubilises locked phosphorus into plant-available phosphates.
Mobilises potassium from organic compounds already present in the slurry.
Suppresses pathogens through competitive microbial exclusion — making slurry safe for fields.
Different slurry profiles need different microbial functions. Match your input stream to the right capsule combination:
| # | SKU Name | Function | Role in Dairy Slurry |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | NPK PRO N + P + K Consortium | Full Consortium | Baseline enrichment — fixes N, solubilises P, mobilises K in one capsule |
| 2 | Azo Pro Capsule (Bio Urea) Azotobacter / Azospirillum | Free-living N-Fixation | Converts volatile ammonia-N into stable organic nitrogen |
| 3 | PSB Pro Capsule Bacillus megaterium | Phosphate Solubilisation | Unlocks the high organic phosphorus typical of cattle waste |
| # | SKU Name | Function | Role in Sugar Slurry |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | NPK PRO N + P + K Consortium | Full Consortium | General nutrient activation |
| 2 | Aceto Bio Pro Capsule Acetobacter diazotrophicus | Acetobacter N-Fixation | Classically paired with sugarcane; accelerates organic matter breakdown |
| 3 | PSB Pro Capsule Bacillus megaterium | Phosphate Solubilisation | Press mud binds significant P; PSB unlocks it for plant uptake |
| # | SKU Name | Function | Role in Digestate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | NPK PRO N + P + K Consortium | Full Consortium | Re-establishes aerobic microbial life after anaerobic process |
| 2 | PSB Pro Capsule Bacillus megaterium | Phosphate Solubilisation | Digestate P is often in mineral-bound form; PSB makes it plant-available |
| 3 | Fab Potash Pro Capsule Frateuria aurantia | Potassium Mobilisation | Unlocks K from silicate-bound fractions present in biogas residue |

Aggregate slurry into a lined pit, HDPE tank, or existing lagoon. Minimum batch: 800–1000 litres. No special equipment required.
Pre-dissolve the recommended capsules in 1–2 litres of clean, non-chlorinated water. Stir for 2–3 minutes until fully dissolved. *Avoid direct sunlight on the solution.
Pour the dissolved capsule solution into the slurry tank. Agitate for 15–20 minutes using a paddle, pump recirculation, or mechanical stirrer. Microbes distribute evenly.
Allow the inoculated slurry to rest for 24–48 hours. Microbial populations multiply exponentially. For press mud, this incubation phase also reduces odour by 60–70%.
Apply enriched slurry directly to fields via drip line, flood irrigation, or tanker spray. For co-ops packaging for sale, store in sealed containers at ambient temperature for up to 7 days post-enrichment.
The simple maths comparing raw vs enriched slurry:
| Metric | Raw Slurry | Fabino-Enriched Slurry |
|---|---|---|
| Market value to farmer | ₹0 – negative (disposal) | ₹2–5 per litre (liquid bio-fertilizer) |
| Farmer willingness to pay | None | Documented N-P-K equivalent to ₹800–1,200/acre of chemical fertilizer |
| Regulatory posture | Compliance risk | Organic input — eligible for state subsidy |
| Odour / transport resistance | High | Significantly reduced post-enrichment |
When your enriched slurry delivers this to a farmer's soil, they come back. That is how co-ops build sticky B2B supply relationships.
